Last Minute Questions

1. How do I reset my password?

  1. Go online to https://aim.applyists.net
  2. Click the "I forgot my password" link
    1. Follow the instructions to reset your password.  If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder for an email from donotreply@applyists.com
    2. After you are logged in, click the ‘My Profile’ tab at the top of the page.
    3. Make any necessary changes to your information.  If this is not your primary email address be sure to update it so you will receive your notifications and instructions on time!
    4. Click ‘Save Profile’ at the top of the page

Note: The email is sent immediately.  If you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk mail folder.

2. How does a student replace an uploaded document after it has been verified?

The student should send their request via email to
jkc@applyists.com with the subject: Remove Document. Please do not send multiple emails as it may cause the correct document to be deleted.
 

3. What if I want to change a nomination?
1.      From your home page, click on the student’s name.
2.      Click the “Nomination” tab
3.      Change the dropdown at the top of the page accordingly.


4. What if a student does not have one of the required documents?

The student should upload a letter of explanation for any documents they are unable to provide. Substituted documents will not be considered without a letter.
 

5. Will deadline extensions be granted?

No. The nomination deadline is 11:59 pm, Central Standard Time, on February 9, 2012.
