1. How do I reset my password?
- Go online to https://aim.applyists.net
- Click the "I forgot my password" link
- Follow the instructions to reset your password. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder for an email from donotreply@applyists.com .
- After you are logged in, click the ‘My Profile’ tab at the top of the page.
- Make any necessary changes to your information. If this is not your primary email address be sure to update it so you will receive your notifications and instructions on time!
- Click ‘Save Profile’ at the top of the page

2. How does a student replace an uploaded document after it has been verified?
The student should send their request via email to jkc@applyists.com with the subject: Remove Document. Please do not send multiple emails as it may cause the correct document to be deleted.
3. What if I want to change a nomination?
1. From your home page, click on the student’s name.
2. Click the “Nomination” tab
3. Change the dropdown at the top of the page accordingly.
4. What if a student does not have one of the required documents?
The student should upload a letter of explanation for any documents they are unable to provide. Substituted documents will not be considered without a letter.
5. Will deadline extensions be granted?
No. The nomination deadline is 11:59 pm, Central Standard Time, on February 9, 2012.
